Carrier Obligations

1. Carrier confirms possession of valid operating authority, cargo insurance ($100,000 min), and auto liability ($1,000,000 min) covering this shipment for its full duration.
2. No re-brokering, interlining, or double-brokering of this load without Broker's prior written consent. Violation voids payment and may be reported to FMCSA.
3. Carrier will notify Dispatch immediately of any delay, breakdown, temperature deviation, or appointment risk.
4. Detention accrues after 2 free hours at each stop, billed at $50/hr, capped at $400/stop — must be noted on the BOL and supported by time-stamps to be paid.
5. Rate is void if not signed and returned prior to pickup, or if load is not covered by the carrier named above.
