AI Prompt Vault for Founders & Freelancers

150 prompts that actually hold up in production — not "act as an expert" filler. Every entry has a full copy-paste prompt, when to use it, and what to add to make it stronger. Model-agnostic: works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any capable LLM.

When not to use AI

  • Legal, medical, tax, or immigration advice. An LLM can draft language but cannot take accountability for it — get a licensed professional to sign off before you act.
  • Anything requiring accountability you can't delegate. If a mistake has real consequences (a client contract, a firing, a compliance filing), a human needs to own the final call, not just the wording.
  • Decisions that need real judgment about people. Who to hire, who to fire, how to handle a sensitive conflict — AI can help you think, it shouldn't make the call.
  • When verification costs more than doing it yourself. If checking the AI's output would take as long as just doing the task, skip the AI.
  • Numbers you haven't checked. LLMs are fluent, not calculators. Any generated math, financial projection, or statistic needs independent verification before it goes anywhere external.

How to verify AI output

  • Re-read it as if a stranger sent it to you — does it actually match your situation, or is it generic?
  • Check every number, date, name, and claim against a real source. Never trust a stat an LLM produced from memory.
  • Ask "what would this look like if it were wrong?" — then go check for that specific failure mode.
  • For anything customer-facing, read it out loud once before sending.
  • If it cites a fact, policy, or law, verify it independently — LLMs will state incorrect things confidently.
  • For high-stakes output, get a second human set of eyes, not a second AI opinion.
