What I'm building.
Three products, one solo builder, no outside funding yet. Each has a working product behind it — not a mockup — and each page below states its real current state plainly: what's shipped, what's tested, and what hasn't happened yet (users, revenue, a launch). Pre-revenue and building in public is the honest frame for all three.
The Three
DIRA · EventReels · FreightDesk AI
Each card links the full case study and a one-page investor summary, print-clean for a PDF export.
DIRA — security scanner
One command that answers "is this codebase safe enough to sell to an enterprise?"
Zero-dependency Python security scanner: secrets, dependency CVEs (OSV.dev), 38 config/IaC rules, git-history leaks, live TLS/headers, license risk + SBOM, and an 18-point startup readiness score. 208 passing tests, MIT licensed.
EventReels
Raw event footage in, a finished 9:16 highlight reel out — no editor, no editing skill.
Local-first ffmpeg pipeline (reelsmith) + a black-and-gold web studio. Scene + audio-energy scoring picks the moments, renders vertical with loudness normalization. 76 automated tests, code public.
FreightDesk AI
Reads a small brokerage's AR inbox and drafts the correct reply — on a local model.
Covers the AR/billing workload of a small freight brokerage. Local AI model, zero API fees, one-click-approval by default. Full regression suite passing. Live landing page with founding-client pilot pricing.
