Reporting infringing material on this site
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to yusuf.gadelrab06@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or a description specific enough to locate the material you want removed.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Valid notices are acted on promptly. Material identified in a complete notice is removed or disabled while the claim is reviewed.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, the Northern District of California).
Repeat infringers
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe are terminated.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, carries liability for damages including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not send a notice about material you merely dislike.
