Refund Policy

This policy covers digital products (guides, playbooks, courses, templates) and any paid services offered on this site. It is written to be read, not to be survived. Made-to-order KXNG SEF clothing is the one thing it does not cover, and that exception is spelled out below rather than buried.
Published before checkout opens. No order has been placed through this site yet. These terms are up so they can be read before anyone is asked to pay, not after. Everything below is written as what will happen, because that is exactly what it is.
Quick answers
How do I request a refund?
Email yusuf.gadelrab06@gmail.com and say you want a refund. Include the email address used at purchase so the order can be found. There is no form to fill in, no reason required and no interrogation. Expect a reply within two business days.
How long do I have to ask?
Fourteen days from the date of purchase, on any digital product: guides, playbooks, courses and template packs. Inside that window the refund is unconditional. Outside it, it becomes a judgement call rather than a promise, so email anyway and explain what happened.
Do I have to delete the files first?
No. You keep whatever you downloaded. Asking you to delete a file that is already on your disk would be theatre, it is unenforceable, and it is not a condition of anything.
When does the money actually arrive?
The refund is issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5 to 10 business days to post it to your statement, and that part is outside anyone's control here. You get an email confirmation at the moment the refund is issued, not when it lands.
Does the 14-day refund cover KXNG SEF clothing?
No, and it is the one real exception on this page. KXNG SEF garments are printed to order after you buy, so there are no change-of-mind returns on a correctly printed piece, including a size you decided against. Anything that arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or different from your order confirmation is replaced free within 30 days of delivery, with a photo and with no need to ship the original back. What about the free apps and browser tools?
There is nothing to refund and no account to cancel. They are free, they run entirely in your browser, and no payment is involved at any point.
Digital products: 14 days, no questions
If a digital product is not what you expected, email yusuf.gadelrab06@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You do not have to justify the request and you do not have to delete the files first.
How refunds are processed
- Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at purchase.
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
EU and UK buyers
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived at checkout when you consent to immediate delivery. This policy grants the same 14-day window regardless of whether that consent was given, so you are never worse off than the statutory minimum.
Services and pilots
Setup and pilot engagements are refundable in full before implementation work begins. Once work has started, any refund is prorated against work already delivered. The specific terms for an engagement are set out in that engagement's written agreement, which controls where it conflicts with this page.
Physical goods: KXNG SEF clothing is a separate policy
KXNG SEF apparel is print-on-demand. Nothing is held in stock; the garment is printed on a blank after your order lands. That is why the 14-day no-questions rule on this page does not apply to it — a digital file costs nothing to replace, and a shirt with your size printed into it cannot go back onto a shelf that does not exist.
In short, and without restating the whole thing: there are no change-of-mind returns on a correctly printed order, and anything misprinted, damaged, or different from your order confirmation is replaced free within 30 days of delivery, with a photo, and without shipping the original back. Chargebacks
Please email first. A refund request by email is faster than a chargeback and there is no scenario in which asking gets you a worse outcome than disputing.
